Kåseberga Gårdshotell & Spa is located in the centre of the fishing village of Kåseberga. Our hotel is designed as a historic Scanian farm, it was built in 2018, in the same way as it was built in the past on Österlen, with hand-walled walls and time-specific building details.
A stay with us should feel peaceful, warm and genuinely cosy. Our hotel in Kåseberga should truly feel like your second home, a place to relax and a starting point for exploring Skåne's beautiful eastern side. FARM FOOD

We have three different food packages. Husband, Gourmet & Food Culture. Husman is our simplest food package that can be booked every day except Saturdays. It includes a two-course meal, including dessert. We have made an Austrian interpretation of classic dishes, which have nourished generations of fishermen. fresh ingredients in all their rustic simplicity, taste fantastic if they are prepared with love and passion.

Gourmet is our weekend package, which includes a three-course menu, including dessert. Here we have been inspired by Österlen's many farms and the ingredients that have been grown there throughout the ages. We serve a menu with, for example, veal, duck, and rooster as well as locally grown vegetables that are in season, such as turnips, beets and asparagus.

Matkultur is a package that can be booked on Saturdays and is designed for our food enthusiasts. It includes a five-course menu, including dessert. We present a tasting menu from Österlen. We have drawn inspiration from nature, from the sun, heat, cold and wind. We mix cold and hot in a new and old way. This is a menu for the curious and food-interested souls. THE FARM HOTEL SPA

We have three outdoor hot tubs, which can be used all year round. If you are visiting us with children, there are special times to take into account, please contact us for more information. We have a sauna in the courtyard, this can be used all year round. We have treatment rooms for massage and fish pedicure, dip your feet in the water, relax and let the fish give you healthy and well-groomed feet in a natural way. The fish are toothless and gently eat your dead skin cells, it is experienced as a unique soft massage. Requests for massage can be emailed to info@kasebergahotell.se.

GARDEN ROOM

We have three different room types, Farm Room, Small Farm Room & Farm Suite. The courtyard rooms are our most common rooms of 26 sqm located on the ground floor, in some of these rooms pets may also stay but approval from the accommodation is required. Litet Gårdsrum are our smaller 16 square metre cribs located on the second floor. The courtyard suites are our superrior suites which are cosy and large at 52 sqm.

FARM FRUIT

We use few but locally produced quality ingredients for our breakfast menu. We bake our own bread, freshly baked Österlen buns, Danish rye bread and crispbread. We offer homemade spreads such as hummus and mackerel. We make our own muesli and there is Greek yougurt, acacia honey, blueberries, and much much more.
